Dustin Welch is a 20-year military veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps and as a commissioned officer in the Texas Army National Guard. The same strategic discipline, decisive leadership, and mission-first mindset forged on the battlefield drives every client engagement — because in business, as in service, execution without strategy is just activity.
With nearly two decades of marketing leadership, Dustin has built and scaled marketing engines that connect spend directly to revenue. His work has reduced customer acquisition costs by as much as 50%, has generated new annual revenue streams, and driven measurable growth for organizations ranging from independent entrepreneurs to mid-market companies.
Dustin holds an MBA in Data Analytics and Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from Penn State University.
As part of ongoing education, Dustin has several certifications in data analytics and business strategy including Technology Entrepreneurship from Harvard — bringing both strategic vision and technical depth to every engagement.
Outside of work, Dustin is an active community servant, a devoted husband, and a proud father and coach to his sons. When he's not building growth engines for his clients, you'll find him on the water, on the course, or on the sideline — leading from the front in everything he does.
